CARE

While our fibres are all 100% synthetic, just like real fur, expect our garments to possibly shed. We recommend before wear, give it a good shake and loosen up the fibres. Also feel free to use a lint-roller or brush to comb away excess phurries! Another added tip is to set your hair dryer to cold and blow your phur in an upwards motion. 

When storing your jacket away you can safeguard it's longevity by hanging it on a sturdy, broad hanger to ensure shoulders do not loose shape and to allow the fibres to breathe. This way you can protect your phur and other pieces in your wardrobe.

CLEANING & LAUNDERING OUR PHUR

We recommend our jackets are cleaned by a certified dry cleaner who is well experienced in cleaning and maintaining real fur. 

However you can hand wash in cold water and hang out to air dry for an optimum fluffy finish.

Please do not apply any heat to our garments and do not tumble dry.

 

FEATHER CLUTCHES 

In the rare case you need to clean your feather clutch, we recommend hand washing using cold water with only mild detergents with no bleach or abrasive particle. Please be aware that dyes from soaps may further stain or discolor your delicate pieces, which Phurgus is not responsible for.

To dry, set your hair dryer to cold and blow the feathers in an upwards direction. Do not apply heat and do not steam.

 

PHURGUS X BYSL FEATHER SLEEP SET

You may notice your feathers appear flat upon unveiling your set -  don't worry, they just needs a little oomph! To give the appearance of fuller feathers, we suggest setting your hairdryer to cold and blowing the feathers in an upwards direction.

We do not recommend brushing the feathers. Always keep your feathers away from moisture to preserve the longevity and fullness.

We do not recommend washing in a conventional washing machine. Instead, we highly recommend dry cleaning only. For small stains on fabric, a hand wash is suitable using cold water with only mild detergents with no bleach or abrasive particle. Please be aware that dyes from soaps may further stain or discolor your delicate pieces, which Phurgus or Samantha Lentini is not responsible for.

 To dry, we recommend a hang-dry. To iron out any creases, use a steamer 30cm + more away from the fabric. For the feather trim, set your hair dryer to cold and blow the feathers in an upwards direction. Do not apply heat and do not steam.
