That's cool, we understand! You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund on your order - excluding shipping cost.
Your refund will be issued within 10 business days once your item(s) have been received back at Phurgus HQ.
Please note, we will only accept and issue a refund if the garment is returned in an unworn, unwashed and unused condition, with all tags and labels still in tact.
All returns are at the customers expense, therefore you must cover the cost of postage for your order to be sent back to Phurgus HQ.
Size does matter.....so if you are needing to exchange the size of your Phur, we are happy to do so however all shipping and postage costs are at your own expense.

If you believe your garment is faulty and you are wanting a refund/exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further.
If a garment is deemed to be faulty your postage cost will be reimbursed at the time of your refund/exchange.
ONE LAST THING...
Before sending your items back, please contact us with your intent to return with your full name and details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why.
This way, we will be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return.

It is also important to keep your postal receipt from the post office once your items have been shipped back to us. Your certificate/receipt of postage will need to be kept in a safe place, as you will need this as proof of your return.
If you are unable to present your receipt upon request as proof of postage, Phurgus reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange.
