NOT QUITE RIGHT?

That's cool, we understand! You can return your purchase to us within 14 business days of receiving it for a full refund on your order - excluding shipping cost.

Your refund will be issued within 10 business days once your item(s) have been received back to us.

Please note, we will only accept and issue a refund if the item(s) is returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels and canvas dust bag(s) still intact.

All returns are at the customers expense, therefore you must cover the cost of postage for your order to be sent back to us.

WE WILL NOT REFUND AN ITEM WHICH IS A CLEARANCE OR SAMPLE SALE ITEM.

PLEASE READ OUR T&C's CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SALE ITEMS AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR CHANGE OF MIND. AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE MAY BE OFFERED AT MANAGEMENTS DISCRETION.

Sample sale items are complete final sales and no credit or exchanges will be offered.  

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty and you are wanting a refund/exchange please email hello@phurgus.com so we can assist you further.

If a garment is deemed to be faulty your postage cost will be reimbursed at the time of your refund/exchange.

  

ONE LAST THING... 

Before sending your items back, please contact us with your intent to return with your full name and details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why.

This way, we will be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return.

It is also important to keep your postal receipt from the post office once your item(s) have been shipped back to us. Your certificate/receipt of postage will need to be kept in a safe place, as you will need this as proof of your return.

If you are unable to present your receipt upon request as proof of postage, Phurgus reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange.
