SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our distribution centre, along with our delivery partner Australia Post, are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Archive Sale Items:
- $10 AUD flat rate for Standard Delivery (5-10 business days)
- Express Shipping available at a flat rate of $25 AUD (3-4 business days) or FREE with orders over $150 AUD
In the event that your order has not arrived within specified time frame, please track your order with your unique tracking number and contact Australia Post customer care.
Delivery is Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.
During the holiday season, there may be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. Please allow adequate time for delivery prior if your purchase is needed by a specific date.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Phurgus offers a flat rate of $45 Standard Delivery (7-14 business days).
There may be unforeseen delays due to customs that are out of our control.
Should you have any concerns please contact the customer care of the shipping provider.
*Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery - This is not included in the sale price and must be covered by the customer.
TRACKING
If you would like more information on your parcel it is your responsibility to track via the couriers website.
When payment has been processed a tracking number will be provided and sent to the email provided.
